Petr Kvapil, Managing Director

Strong business development professional with over 20 years of experience in water management solutions Petr leads the way by finding applications for the most modern technologies and drives the company forward thanks to his pipeline of projects and a renowned expertise worldwide.

Graduated as Master of Science (MSc.) in Hydrogeology from Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Chemistry from Université de Provence, Ecole des mines d´Ales (France).

Jan Patka, Geology and Hydrogeology

Jan has been focusing on regeneration of water sources, monitoring, ground water sanation and other water management services for the past 15 years. Jan Patka holds his Master’s degree in Economic Geology at Charles University in Prague.

Hana Skalová, Water Resource Manager

Hana focuses on revitalisation and water management projects, including water management projections and auditing thanks to her more than 15 years of experience in the area. Hana studied Landscape Engineering at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.

Romana Šuránová, Research and Development Manager

With more than 15 years of experience in water solutions, Romana is dedicated to supporting our R&D activities and finding practical applications for them. She is also an expert in monitoring (SIS) and the regeneration of water wells. Romana is Doctor of Natural Sciences (Engeneering geology, Hydrogeology and Applied Geophysics) from Charles University in Prague.

Michaela Nosková, Financial and Administrative Manager

Michaela covers the operation, economy, finance and administration of current contracts and grant projects. She has more than 4 years of experience in preparing and administering grant projects. She graduated from the Technical University of Liberec, Faculty of Economics, Business Economics.

Vojtěch Stejskal, Groundwater Remediation and Foreign Projects

As a hydrogeologist Vojtech manages projects connected to remediation of groundwater and environment in general. He is familiar with ISCR, ISCO, in situ BRD and direct-push injection. In Photon Water Technology he is responsible for foreign remediation projects (France, Switzerland, China, Spain, Czechia), technology development, remote sensing and algae treatment in surface waters. Vojtěch Stejskal holds his Master’s degree in Applied Hydrogeology at Charles university in Prague and currently studies his Ph.D. at Technical University of Liberec.

Helena Ptáčková, Water Resource Manager

Helena focuses on studies and projects of water management works, revitalization of watercourses and reservoirs, handling and operating rules of water works, flood protection, flood plans, mathematical models of hydraulic phenomena and preparation of documents for building permit. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of water management. Helena studied Landscape Engineering at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.

Petr Zemánek, Technician

Petr holds the position of Technician at the company. He assists the entire team with technical security of orders, participates in field works, ensures the purchase of materials and technical equipment, production of equipment, service and repair of devices and other equipment that is owned by the company.

Asia Pacific

Ian Phillipps, General Manager – Australia

Ian has over twenty five years of experience in water treatment and hazardous liquid waste management. Ian has led businesses across markets including South East Asia, Japan and Australia/New Zealand. An honours graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Ian has worked in industries including mining, power generation, health & hygiene, food & beverage, potable water treatment and liquid waste management.

Mylene Turban, Project Manager – Australia

Mylene Turban is a qualified Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial Process Engineering across the renewable energy and water sectors. Mylene has managed biogas upgrading projects in Europe, commercial photovoltaic system assets across Australia and more recently water treatment and groundwater remediation projects. With a Master degree in Process Engineering, Mylene has successfully lead technical projects to commissioning and operation, with a focus on water and energy sustainability.
